– OSM gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
– OSM gift certificates have no expiry date.
– Place des Arts gift certificates can only be redeemed in person at the counter.
– Gift certificates issued after June 2012 can be redeemed online, by phone and in person.
– Place des Arts gift certificates and OSM gift certificates issued before June 2012 can only be redeemed in person.
