To enhance your online subscription process,

you will find below the procedure for reserving your tickets according to the type of subscription desired.

À la carte subscription

 

 

 

1.

Determine the quantity of subscribers.

  1. Indicate the number of people to include in your subscription according to the available options, then press “Continue”.

2.

Select your concerts (minimum 3, no maximum)

  1. If the concert you want has multiple performances, select the date of your choice.
  2. Then select a price category to see the price(s) associated with it..
  3. Click on “Add to Subscription” when you have made your selection.
  4. Move on to the next concert.
  5. Click on “Add to Cart” when your selection is complete.

3.

Review the contents of your shopping cart.

  1. Click “Proceed to Payment” (bottom right) if you are satisfied with your order.
  2. Click on “Edit this subscription” (top left of the list of selected concerts) to make changes to your selection. You will then return to the previous page and can make changes until the subscription suits you.
  3. Click on “Continue Shopping” (bottom left) if you wish to add tickets to your order. This option will allow you to view our concerts individually and select the seats of your choice on the seating chart. Be sure to select your subscriber rate from the options provided.
  4. PROMOTIONAL OFFER! – Subscribe before June 2, 2023 and get your 1st additional concert* at 50% off. Please note that this rate is not available online, but rest assured that the OSM’s customer service will make the adjustment retroactively. *Certain restrictions apply.

Log in to your account.

  1. Enter your email address and password to login.
  2. If you are unsure, please try the “Forgot Password?” option before creating an account.

5.

Finalize your transaction

  1. Specify the desired delivery method from the options provided.
  2. We thank you in advance for supporting our mission! Please note that it is possible to modify the suggested donation amount.
  3. Enter your payment information and finalize your subscription by clicking on “Buy Now”.
  4. Watch your inbox for email confirmation of your subscription for the OSM 2023-2024 season.

Series subscription - New Subscriber

Build your subscription

  1. Select the series of your choice.
  2. Choose your price category and specify the number of people according to the possible options.
  3. Click on “Buy”.

Review the contents of your shopping cart.

Renewal of A Series Subscription

Log in to your account.

    1. First, log in to your account.
    2. Enter your email address and password to log in.
    3. If you are unsuccessful, please try the “Forgot Password?” option before contacting our customer service department. You will not be able to renew your serial seat by creating a new account.

2.

Your subscription is waiting for you!

  1. The seat(s) associated with your serial membership are waiting for you in your account.
  2. Click on “Add Renewal Order to Cart”to proceed with checkout.

3.

Review the contents of your shopping cart.

  1. Click “Proceed to Checkout” (bottom right) if you are happy with your order.
  2. Click on “Continue Shopping” (bottom left) if you wish to add tickets to your order. With this option, you will be able to view our individual concerts and select the seats of your choice on the seating chart. Be sure to select your subscriber rate from the options provided.
